At Aost, we want to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be shipped.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

• Pre-order items will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated ship dates will be shared by email and may vary depending on production schedules.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

• All orders are shipped through Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and shipping option selected.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Canada): 3–7 business days.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days.

• Express Shipping (Canada & U.S.): 2–4 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues are outside our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

• When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
