Refund Policy
At Aost, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
