Refund Policy

At Aost, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
